Shani Moslehi
Founder / CEO
Shani is a determined and passionate businesswoman with extensive experience in customer service, sales, networking, and community leadership, including work with several Fortune 500 companies. Shani has received numerous awards recognizing her leadership, mentoring, networking, and service to the community. She is also an alumnus of Leadership Tomorrow, a premier leadership development program.
In 2024, Shani was invited to the White House Nowruz celebration in recognition of her community leadership. She has also represented the community through interviews and appearances with major media outlets including CNN, CBS, and NPR.
Siham Belekehal
Executive Outreach Coordinator / Assistant to the CEO
Born in Morocco and raised in Paris, France, Siham Belekehal earned her degree in Business Management and built a strong international background in financial services, sales, and business development.
She began her career with Cortal Consors, a leading European investment and brokerage firm affiliated with BMO bank, where she developed expertise in client relations, sales management, and financial services within the fast-paced world of international markets.
With more than 15 years of leadership experience, Siham is recognized for her professionalism, determination, and results-driven approach. Today, she brings that same passion and expertise to the Orange County Iranian American Chamber of Commerce, where she plays a key role in business development, community engagement, sponsorship growth, and creating meaningful networking opportunities for entrepreneurs and business leaders throughout Orange County.
Sanam K. Molaei
Public Affairs Coordinator
Sanam brings extensive experience in luxury retail sales, leadership, client relations, and business development through her work with Nordstrom, a company widely recognized for its customer service excellence and leadership in the retail industry. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for relationship-building, networking, team collaboration, and creating meaningful connections with clients and professionals across diverse industries.
Passionate about community involvement and advocacy, Sanam is dedicated to creating opportunities that bring people together and strengthen local businesses and professional relationships. Through her work with Orange County Iranian American Chamber of Commerce, she focuses on community engagement, networking, and supporting initiatives that create lasting impact throughout the community.
